Acts 4:10a,12 (NIV) We believe in the Triune God, co-equal, co-substantial and co-eternal, as revealed in Scripture and creation (Matthew 28:18-20; Romans 1:20). We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, Son of Man, fully human and fully divine, the fullest and complete Revelation of God (John 1:1-3,14; Colossians 2:9). We believe that the Holy Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is given by the inspiration of God and is His divine revelation inerrant and infallible as originally given, and sufficient as our only rule of faith (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21). We believe that human beings were created by God, having been made in His image, but we are fallen and sinful by nature, in need of salvation which is available by grace through faith in Christ (Ephesians 2:8-10; Acts 4:12; John 14:6-7). We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, indwelt, empowered and gifted by the Holy Spirit and commissioned to make disciples and to be messengers of God's reconciliation through Jesus Christ (John 14:16-17; Ephesians 1:22-23; 1 Corinthians 12:4-11; Matthew 28:18-20; 2 Corinthians 5:17-20). We believe in the future resurrection of the dead, the saved unto eternal life and the unsaved unto damnation (John 5:28-29; Revelation 20:11-15). We believe in the literal return of Jesus Christ, our Lord, at a future time of God's choosing to judge the risen dead and to establish His eternal kingdom in the New Heaven and New Earth (John 14:1-3; Matthew 25:31-46; Revelation 21:1-4). FMI is inter, multi, non and trans-denominational. We are committed to the Body, the whole Body, and nothing but the Body. We are Christian. We are not religiously pluralistic.
